From February 2019 we are embarking on a mission, referred to as Project 150, to source locally for our ecosystem friendly menu. All our ingredients, bar spices, are sourced from specially selected farmers within 150km from us. We believe in zero waste and follow the nose - to tail and root - to tip principle. Sourcing locally means we get the freshest, tastiest produce. Borrowing the best cooking techniques from over the world ensures we do the produce justice and deliver an incredible dining experience.
Our menu is seasonal and will change based on what is fresh and available. Therefore, items on the menu can change weekly or even on the day (which is why we do not display it here, please consult the gallery or our Instagram page to get an idea of our plating). The menu does cater for vegan and vegetarian preferences. To bring you closer to the source of our ingredients, we divided the menu into the following sections:
